Bon Voyage - Styling and Photography

After leaving for my undergraduate studies, my vacations became dedicated to academic and extracurricular pursuits, leaving little time for my parents and me to bond. However, the pandemic brought an unexpected silver lining. While shouldering household responsibilities, we seized the opportunity to rekindle our family bonds. This project holds a special place in my heart as it is an Editorial Styling and Photography Project inspired by my parents' travels and voyages in the 1980s. I styled both my parents in their clothes from the 80s and photographed them with their preserved souvenirs. Through an indoor photoshoot, I aimed to capture those cherished moments, preserving them for eternity. In 2021, I collaborated with my fellow classmates, including Asmita C, Apoorva, and Ananya Anupriya, to create an editorial shoot with the theme of 'Vacation in the 1980s'. This experience demonstrates my skills in editorial styling, photography, and the ability to tell a story through visual content, offering a glimpse into my creative and collaborative abilities.
